Great Britain's Michael Jamieson and Craig Benson are into the semi-finals of the men's 100m breaststroke at London 2012.
Jamieson managed a third-place finish the fifth heat, but his time of 59.89 saw him claim ninth overall and qualify for the last 16.
Benson's time of 60.04 earned him fourth place in his heat, and 13th overall, enough to see him join his compatriot in the next phase.
Australia's Christian Sprenger was the fastest overall swimmer with a time of 59.62, edging out Japan's Kosuke Kitajima by the narrowest of margins in the final heat.
Glenn Snyders of New Zealand and Daniel Gyurta of Hungary were also among the qualifiers for the semi-final, which takes place at 8.30pm this evening.
