James Willstrop looking at positives

James Willstrop reflects on the positives of his silver medal performance at the Commonwealth Games.

Squash silver medallist James Willstrop has reflected on the positives after finishing runner-up to Nick Matthew in the men's final on Monday.

England's Matthews beat his compatriot 3-2 to take the gold, and a dejected Willstrop tried to outline the plus points.

He told BBC Sport: "There will be a few instances tonight when I'll look back and think I could have won it, but silver is a great achievement.

"I've got to have perspective on that, and I'm fit and I'm well, and I've got the doubles, so there's a lot of good stuff."

Elsewhere, England's Laura Massaro lost her Commonwealth Games final against world number one Nicol David.
