Wales prop Aaron Jarvis has been ruled out of their autumn international clash with Australia at the weekend.

The 26-year-old picked up a knee injury in the weekend defeat to New Zealand, although it had been suggested that the forward would be fit for the clash in Cardiff.

However, scans revealed that he had suffered ligament damage and therefore he has been ruled out of the key Test match. Meanwhile, lock Bradley Davies will also miss the game with severe concussion.

Wales head coach Warren Gatland will name his side on Thursday.
