Leicester Tigers captain Geordan Murphy has praised George Ford after the teenager guided his side to a 24-15 win over Saracens in the Aviva Premiership semi-finals.
Ford kicked 14 of the Tigers' points and played a hand in their two tries as they set up a final meeting with Harlequins at Twickenham Stadium in two weeks.
"George dug us out of a few holes today, but he has played like that in every game he has been involved in this season," said Murphy.
"He works very, very hard, and he has bought into the team atmosphere. It is quite inspiring."
Leicester meet Harlequins in the Aviva Premiership final on Saturday, May 26.
