Stuart Lancaster: 'England must move on quickly'

England coach Stuart Lancaster believes that the team must move on "very, very quickly" following their defeat to Wales at the Rugby World Cup.

Stuart Lancaster has insisted that England need to "move on very, very quickly" following their defeat to Wales at the Rugby World Cup.

The host nation let a 10-point lead slip in their 28-25 loss at Twickenham on Saturday, leaving them third in Pool A after two matches.

With a match against Australia next weekend, the coach told reporters: "You've got to back all your players because otherwise you've undermined the fabric of your team, and we're all in it together. We stick together through the good and the bad.

"We've got to move on very, very quickly to the next game, Australia, because if we beat them we are absolutely back in the game. Wales have to play Fiji, a tough game for Wales, and then Australia. We are definitely not out of this."

England face the Wallabies, who have won both their matches so far, at Twickenham on Saturday.
