Stuart Lancaster confident ahead of Wales match

England coach Stuart Lancaster reveals that his side have "strong self-belief" ahead of their crucial Six Nations clash with Wales on Saturday.

England coach Stuart Lancaster believes that his side can defeat Wales on Saturday, despite the game taking place at the Millennium Stadium.

England will seal the Six Nations crown if they can defeat Wales, and while he admits that his side must respect their opponents, Lancaster has insisted that his side are full of confidence ahead of the match.

The 43-year-old told reporters: "They have a very experienced side, and they have played in big games to close out the Grand Slams over the past few years.

"They are also playing at home, which for any team is a big advantage.

"But, we go into the game with strong self-belief. We have won four out of four in what is a difficult competition to win consistently, and we are pretty confident, while also being respectful of the opposition."

Wales can take the Six Nations away from England if they can record a victory of eight points or more, while a seven-point win will be enough if England do not score three more tries than them during the match in Cardiff.
