The British and Irish Lions see off Queensland Reds 22-12 in Brisbane to keep up their winning start to their tour of Australia.

The British and Irish Lions have kept up their winning start to their tour of Australia with a 22-12 victory over Queensland Reds.

An early Owen Farrell penalty put the visitors ahead during a frantic first half in Brisbane before Luke Morahan took on three opposition players to touch down for the home side.

Quade Cooper then had no problem adding the extras as the Reds took a 7-3 lead.

A second Farrell penalty reduced the deficit to a single point and the Lions regained the advantage with 34 minutes on the clock when Ben Youngs's try was converted by Farrell.

The Saracens fly-half kicked another penalty on the stroke of half time to give the away side had a 16-7 lead.

Nick Frisby exchanged passes with Rod Davies to go over for Queensland just after the hour, but Cooper was unable to make the conversion.

With time running out, Farrell made sure of the Lions' victory with his fifth penalty of the match.
