Sports Mole takes a look at Saturday's international clash between Italy and Australia in Florence.

Italy can make it four wins from five matches on Saturday when they welcome Australia to the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence.

The home side have made two changes to their starting lineup as Quintin Geldenhuys and Robert Barbieri come in for Antonio Pavanello and Simone Favaro.

Brett Sheehan will make his first start for Australia, while Drew Mitchell, Scott Higginbotham and Stephen Moore are also given the nod by coach Robbie Deans.
