American actor Will Ferrell vowed to "bite" the Germany players for the USA team before Thursday's Group G clash at the World Cup in Brazil.
It appears that the comedy actor may have been poking fun at Uruguay striker Luis Suarez, who has been banned by FIFA for four months for biting the shoulder of Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini.
On the night before USA's match, which ended in a 1-0 defeat, Ferrell attended a fan HQ event at Recife, Brazil to rally the American fans.
