Wolverhampton Wanderers have offered their apologies to a fan after he was sold a club shirt with the badge printed upside down.
Supporter Richard Jon Gough expressed his fury on Twitter by posting an image of the badge, along with the message: "@OfficialWolves my new shirt just delivered.....can you see the error? Is this why theyre 12quid at moment? Shite."
In response to the fan's tweet, the League One outfit sent a letter apologising for the error and offering the supporter a free match ticket, new kit and the chance to meet some of the players.
The letter itself was written upside down, and said: "Dear Richard, Although we've been riding the crest of a wave recently, in terms of results, we pride ourselves on the quality of our shirts and we certainly don't get a badge of honour on this occasion.
"That said, the world can sometimes look better upside down - last year's League table being just one example...."
