Video: Rapper 50 Cent throws poor first pitch at New York Mets game

American rapper 50 Cent gets mocked for his poor attempt at pitching the first ball at a New York Mets baseball game.

American rapper 50 Cent has been criticised for his attempt at pitching the first ball before the New York Mets' baseball game against Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday.

The 38-year-old, real name Curtis Jackson, took to the field wearing a Mets jersey and cap before unleashing the throw towards catcher Anthony Recker.

However, his left-handed throw flew well wide of the catcher and almost hit a cameraman, but the rapper was able to laugh off the poor pitch.

Later on Instagram, 50 Cent responded to criticism by posting: "I'm a hustler not a Damn ball player. LMAO."
