American popstar Katy Perry has hinted that she has agreed to perform at the Super Bowl half-time show in February.
The 29-year-old is believed to have been one of a number of artists, including Rihanna and Coldplay, considered by the NFL.
Reports have claimed that Perry has agreed to do the half-time show, despite her public claims that she would not accept the pay-to-play terms.
It is believed that NFL bosses have asked performers to pay a fee in order to be part of the show because previous artists have profited on the back of a Super Bowl performance by launching worldwide tours.
On Sunday, Perry tweeted: "Ahh, Sunday...Nothing but sitting on the couch, watching my new favorite sport...."
The showdown will take place at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on February 1.
