NFL 'target Rihanna, Katy Perry, Coldplay for Super Bowl half-time show'

Rihanna, Katy Perry and Coldplay are reportedly wanted by NFL bosses to perform at next year's Super Bowl half-time show, but will be asked to pay.

NFL bosses are reportedly lining up Rihanna, Katy Perry and Coldplay to perform in the Super Bowl half-time show next year in Arizona.

The three acts are said to have been targeted by the league following this year's event, which featured Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers in February.

However, according to The Wall Street Journal, the artists will be asked to pay a fee in order to perform in the show, which rakes in an average of 114 million viewers.

Reports have claimed that the musicians have been asked to contribute a portion of their post-Super Bowl tour income.

Beyonce and Bruno Mars both held concerts after performing in the sporting event.
