Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor has posted online a video of himself performing a dance routine.

The 30-year-old, who has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane, uploaded the clip to Instagram.

Along with the video of Adebayor showing off his moves alongside a friend in his living room, the forward posted the message: "SEA, Sound System Crew:) putting it down with @therealfunnyface, @bisakdei #seihorstyle #teamsea sup #lifesgood."

The Togolese forward worked his way back into the Spurs team under Tim Sherwood following Andre Villas-Boas's exit, but will start the new season under manager Mauricio Pochettino.
