Video: NFL stars promote 'Madden NFL 16' in bizarre trailer

NFL stars Rob Gronkowski, Julio Jones, Antonio Brown and Colin Kaepernick team up with actors Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse to promote Madden NFL 16.

Several NFL stars have featured along with actors Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse in a bizarre trailer to promote video game Madden NFL 16.

Rob Gronkowski, Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, Colin Kaepernick and Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan star in the trailer as heroes helping Franco as Blade Johnson and Mintz-Plasse as Janet in an action-packed mission.

The 49ers quarterback steals the show playing Al Pacino from Scent of a Woman, while Ryan playing 'Lil Pepper' fails to make it through the four-minute video alive following a battle with ninjas.

All that and more, including Gronkowski taking on Bollywood-style dancing, are featured in the video below.

Madden NFL 16 will be released in the United Kingdom on August 27 on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
