Andy Townsend will reportedly leave his role as football commentator with ITV Sport at the end of the season.
The former Chelsea and Aston Villa midfielder, who has also worked as a pundit and analyst, has been associated with the broadcaster for almost 15 years.
According to the Daily Mail, the decision not to renew the contract was mutually agreed between Townsend and ITV, while presenter Matt Smith, who works on numerous Europa League coverage, will also leave once the season comes to a close.
Reports have claimed that Townsend has received offers from a handful of international broadcasters.
