A nude picture, allegedly of Ryan Lochte, is being shopped around the media, according to Perez Hilton.
The US gossip site claims that the full-frontal picture was sent by the 28-year-old Olympic gold medallist to an ex-girlfriend while he was at college in Florida over five years ago. The face of the man in the image is not visible.
The news comes a day after it emerged that the swimmer could be hit with legal action over his attempts to trademark the phrase "Jeah!"
Lochte picked up individual gold, silver and bronze medals at London 2012, as well as a team gold and team silver.
