British boxer Amir Khan has spoken out about the recent school massacre in Pakistan and has visited the site to pay his respects.
The 28-year-old, who was born in Bolton but is of Pakistani origin, travelled to the military-run school in Peshawar where Taliban gunmen stormed the premises and killed 148 people, including 132 children, on December 16.
Last week in Islamabad, Khan said in a press conference: "Talking about this stuff could be threatening for me, but I just want to speak the truth and tell people what is happening is wrong."
Khan has also helped to raise money to repair the school by donating the £30,000 shorts that he wore when he defeated Devon Alexander in Las Vegas.
