Mercedes add Michael Schumacher tribute to new Formula 1 car

Mercedes display a 'keep fighting' message for Michael Schumacher on their new Formula 1 car.

Mercedes have unveiled a tribute message to seven-time Formula 1 champion Michael Schumacher on their new car for the upcoming season.

The 45-year-old remains in a Grenoble hospital after he hit his head on a rock while skiing off-piste in the French Alps on December 29.

A recent statement from his family claimed that the retired German driver, who has undergone two operations on his brain, is in a stable condition.

Mercedes, who gave Schumacher a seat for two years before his second retirement from the sport, have displayed a "#KeepFightingMichael" message on their latest car at Jerez.

Motor racing commentator Steve Slater posted a photo of the tribute on Twitter:
