Juan Mata spotted house-hunting in Cheshire after Manchester United move

New Manchester United signing Juan Mata is spotted house-hunting in a plush area in Cheshire following his move from Chelsea.

Manchester United's club-record signing Juan Mata has been spotted looking for a new home an upmarket area of Cheshire.

The Spaniard made a £37m switch to Old Trafford from Chelsea last weekend.

After making his debut in United's 2-0 win over Cardiff City on Tuesday, Mata has been photographed house-hunting.

In pictures published by the Daily Mail, the midfielder, who has degrees in marketing and sport science, was seen with a small group looking at homes in the area, which holds properties in the region of £3m.

Mata's new teammates Wayne Rooney, Nemanja Vidic, Patrice Evra, Ashley Young and Nani are all said to live in the area.
