The Manchester United players were joined by their wives and girlfriends when they celebrated out on the town once again following Sir Alex Ferguson's farewell match.

The Manchester United players spent another night on the town celebrating their Premier League title win and manager Sir Alex Ferguson's farewell.

Rio Ferdinand, Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and a host of their teammates were snapped in the city celebrating with their wives and girlfriends.

The party began after United secured a 2-1 victory over Swansea City in Ferguson's final match in charge at Old Trafford.

Ferdinand wrote on Twitter at around 3am: "Just rolling in the front door! Decent night out celebrating that was! Roll on 2mo with the parade!! Sing songs galore!"

The club will parade the Premier League trophy in an open-top bus this evening at around 6pm.
