Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs was taught how to sleep properly in order to prolong his career by expert Nick Littlehales.
The former Wales international enlisted the help of the sleep expert, whose methods are also believed to be used by the likes of Tour de France winner Bradley Wiggins and ex-Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
"I was invited to talk to a group of United players," Littlehales told the Daily Mail. "Six came to see me together.
"I spoke to them about how important it was to sleep in the right conditions on the right things. At the end, five walked out and one stayed and said, 'I want to know more about this'. It was Ryan Giggs."
Giggs is thought to have been using the techniques since 2003.
