Having seen the Netherlands miss out on Euro 2016 qualification and his place in Manchester United's starting lineup seemingly slip away, it has now emerged that Memphis Depay wore the wrong shirt in the Oranje's defeat to the Czech Republic.
The 21-year-old was instead sporting a top with an Iceland flag embroidered on it, as opposed to the Czech Republic, which was intended for last month's fixture between the two Group A rivals.
It is unknown exactly who is to blame for the error, but each of Depay's teammates were wearing the right kit as they fell to a 3-2 defeat to end their hopes of landing a playoff place for next summer's finals.

The embarrassment came just a few days after reports emerged suggesting that Man United assistant Ryan Giggs had grown annoyed with Depay's attitude.
