Manchester City, West Ham United fans 'to pay tribute to Marc-Vivien Foe'

Manchester City and West Ham United fans reportedly want to pay tribute to former player Marc-Vivien Foe, who died from a cardiac arrest 10 years ago.

Manchester City and West Ham United supporters are reportedly keen to join together to pay tribute to the late Marc-Vivien Foe.

The midfielder, who played for both clubs during his career, died of a cardiac arrest at the age of 28 after collapsing on the pitch while representing Cameroon in a Confederations Cup semi-final against Colombia.

As a tribute to the late midfielder, fans are thought to be keen to pay respect to his memory when City and Villa go head-to-head on April 27, according to the Daily Mail.

Foe had the same heart condition that resulted in the collapse of former Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba, who was forced to retire after surviving a cardiac arrest.
