A number of Manchester City players were out in force this week to watch American singer Justin Timberlake in concert at the Phones4U Arena.

The North-West outfit can take a huge advantage in the Premier League title race if they beat Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday.

Ahead of the crucial showdown, captain Vincent Kompany, Samir Nasri, Fernandinho, Martin Demichelis, Jesus Navas, David Silva and Alvaro Negredo all attended the singer's show.

City are currently third in the league table, four points adrift of Liverpool with two games in hand.
