Manchester City players will reportedly earn £1m bonuses if they manage to win the Premier League and Champions League this season.

The Citizens are currently 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League table, while they were on the verge of booking their spot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League following a 4-0 victory at Basel in the first leg of their last-16 tie.

According to The Sun, senior players at the Etihad Stadium will collect £1m each if City manage to follow up an expected Premier League title with success in the European Cup this season.

Chelsea's squad are said to have received £4m for winning last season's Premier League, with those that played the most matches picking up the bulk of the money.

City will look to build on their back-to-back 3-0 wins over Arsenal in the EFL Cup final and Premier League respectively when they welcome Chelsea to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
