England footballers Wayne Rooney, Theo Walcott and Gary Cahill are among a number of sporting stars and celebrities encouraging fans to check for signs of breast cancer.
The Football Association has teamed up with Breast Cancer Care to create campaign #PassItOn, which includes a 90-second video showing famous faces passing a ball to one another.
Members from the England Women's team, including Lianne Sanderson, Laura Bassett and Karen Carney also got involved, while Sir Geoff Hurst made an appearance.
Celebrities including Geri Halliwell and former Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt have also helped spread the message.
