England and Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana has switched his focus to promotional matters after being unveiled as the face of French Connection's pre-fall clothing line for men.
The 26-year-old will travel to Brazil for the World Cup next month as part of Roy Hodgson's 23-man squad following an impressive season for the Saints.
Now, Lallana, who is father to one-year-old son Arthur, has added modelling to his CV after he was picked by French Connection to show off their new line.
"As a key player in the mix to make Roy Hodgson's England World Cup squad in Brazil, Adam is one of the country's most exciting footballing talents," the Daily Mail quotes a brand spokesperson as saying.
"Combined with his dedication, drive and commitment to his profession and his duties as a father, French Connection feels Adam is the perfect brand fit and a key ambassador for the pre-fall launch."
Lallana has been linked with a £20m move to Liverpool this summer.
