Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly poised to be announced as a global ambassador for luxury car manufacturer Jaguar.
The Portuguese coach made reference to the car during an interview with the BBC's Match of the Day while discussing rivals Manchester City.
The former Real Madrid boss said: "Manchester City is a Jaguar, you cannot put an L-plate on a Jaguar," but a spokeswoman for the company claimed that his reference was not a planned name-check, according to the Daily Mail.
Reports have claimed that the 51-year-old will take part in the launch of the Jaguar F Type Coupe car in Canary Wharf on Thursday.
