Arsenal's Santi Cazorla agrees partnership with Puma

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla signs a long-term deal with Puma and will wear the brand's evoSPEED 1.2 football boots during the North London derby this weekend.

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has signed a long-term deal with global sports brand Puma.

The Spain international will mark the start of his new partnership by wearing Puma's evoSPEED 1.2 football boots during the North London derby against Tottenham Hotspur this Sunday.

"Signing this new partnership with Puma is an exciting step for me," said Cazorla. "I like the people, their ideas for football and I am impressed with their product development.

"The evoSPEED boots I have chosen to wear are very light and give me a freedom and quickness of movement, which is very important for me to perform at my best."

The 28-year-old also posted a photo of his new boots ahead of this weekend's Premier League action via his Twitter page.

Cazorla's teammate Olivier Giroud has a partnership with the brand, as well as Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.
