Owen Livesey wins judo gold for England

Owen Livesey wins gold for England in the men's -81kg judo event.

Team England's Owen Livesey has defeated compatriot Tom Reed to secure a gold medal in the men's -81kg event.

In a cagey contest, Livesey eventually came out on top by the way of penalty, with Reed settling for silver as the two embraced at the end.

Boas Munyonga took Zambia's first medal of the Commonwealth Games by defeating Canada's Louis Krieber-Gagnon in the first of the bronze-medal matches.

There was some joy for Canada in the second of the bronze-medal bouts, however, as Zachary Burt beat Robert Nicola of Cyprus.
