Peter Whiteford has taken a one-shot lead over early contender Thorbjorn Olesen after a second-round 66 at the Perth International.
Whiteford hit three birdies and an eagle on the front nine during a blemish-free round to put him overall 12-under and six-under for the day.
Olesen remains one shot behind after hitting a 18th-hole bogey, while yesterday's joint-leader John Wade has slipped five shots off the pace.
Charl Schwartzel and Victor Dubuisson have moved into contention as they sit five and six shots respectively adrift of the top spot.
Jason Dufner carded a two-under round to place him eight shots behind the lead.
