The USA have taken a comfortable 4-1 lead over the International Team in Thursday's foursomes in the Presidents Cup in South Korea.
Bubba Watson and JB Holmes were the first to take to the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea for the Americans.
Adam Scott and Hideki Matsuyama went head to head with the USA pairing, who stormed to 3UP after six holes, but the International duo managed to score a birdie on the seventh to close down the gap.
Eventually, it was a simple victory for Watson and Holmes as they took the foursomes 3&2, while Rickie Fowler and Jimmy Walker also added a point for the USA by beating Anirban Lahiri and Thongchai Jaidee 5&4.
World number one Jordan Spieth teamed up with Dustin Johnson and the pair went 2UP after as many holes, while Danny Lee and Marc Leishman could only win two holes on the course as the International Team struggled for points.
Phil Mickelson and Zach Johnson kept the USA's winning streak going as they snatched a 2UP triumph over Jason Day and Steven Bowditch, while Louis Oosthuizen and Branden Grace claimed the solitary point for the International Team by beating Matt Kuchar and Patrick Reed 3&2.
