Gregory Bourdy extends lead in Austria

France's Gregory Bourdy opens up a four-shot advantage at the halfway stage of the Lyoness Open.

Gregory Bourdy has recorded a second-round 67 to extend his lead at the top of the leaderboard at the Lyoness Open.

The world number 157 followed up his bogey-free round on Thursday with six more birdies to take him to 12-under-par for the tournament in Austria.

French compatriot Gary Stal and Englishman Chris Wood are four shots adrift in second place, while Spanish duo Rafa Cabrera-Bello and Carlos Pigem reached the halfway stage on seven-under-par.

Matthew Fitzpatrick is in a tie for sixth spot, but world number 37 and home favourite Bernd Wiesberger missed the cut by two shots despite registering a round of 67.
