Branden Grace extends his lead to five shots at the halfway stage of the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa.

Branden Grace has opened up a five-shot advantage after the second round of the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa.

The world number 117, who shot a 62 on Thursday, hit seven birdies on the way to a round of 66 on Friday to secure a sizeable lead at the top of the leaderboard.

Italy's Francesco Molinari made birdie on the final hole to move into second place, just ahead of Tjaart van der Walt who registered his second successive 67 at Leopard Creek.

Danny Willett, who won the Nedbank Challenge last weekend, shares fourth place alongside three other players.
