Luke Donald believes that his victory at the Transitions Championship is the perfect preparation ahead of the Masters.
The Englishman regained world number one spot with his triumph in Florida and will hope to bag his first career major at Augusta National.
"I feel like I've achieved a lot in my career but this is perfect preparation," said the 34-year-old. "I've got two weeks off now and can look forward to Augusta."
When asked if he was nervous when facing a six-foot putt to win, he added: "I certainly was a lot more nervous about getting to number one the first time.
"This time it wasn't my focus - I was focused on winning the tournament and it all worked out."
The Masters begins on April 5.
