Keegan Bradley 'not happy' with proposition

US PGA winner Keegan Bradley admits his frustration with the proposition to outlaw long-handled putters.

US PGA winner Keegan Bradley champion has admitted that he is "not happy" with the proposition destined to outlaw long-handled putters.

The Royal & Ancient Club and US Golf Association have proposed to outlaw the anchoring of long-handled putters to the body from 2016.

A three-month consultation is due to take place during which players and manufacturers can offer their opinion ahead of a vote in the spring.

However, Bradley told reporters: "I'm obviously not happy with the ruling, but I respect the USGA. They make the rules, and I'll adjust appropriately. I'm going to accept the challenge and hopefully do well when they do ban it."

Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy are strong advocates of the change.
