Williams team principal Frank Williams has praised driver Valtteri Bottas for his ability on the track and his attitude off it.
Bottas managed third on the grid during a wet qualifying session in Canada and, despite dropping quickly down the order in the race, Williams said that the Finn's showing on Saturday proved the control he has over the car.
"He clearly has magnificent car control and that's fundamental for F1," Autosport quotes Williams as saying.
"He's also very quiet and that means he's not talking too much. And if he's not talking too much that's because he's listening and he's listening to some very good advice."
Bottas eventually finished 14th at the Canadian Grand Prix.
