Mark Webber: 'Leaving Formula 1 a relief'

Mark Webber suggests that leaving Formula 1 will be a relief.

Mark Webber has suggested that he is relieved that his career in Formula 1 is finally over.

The Australian finished second in his Red Bull at the season-ending Brazilian Grand Prix, but after 11 years in the paddock, he believes that saying farewell won't be a problem.

He told the official Formula 1 site: "It'll be a relief in some ways for that chapter to be finally over. F1 has been my environment for so long now but it's time for a new challenge which I'm looking forward to."

Webber finished third in the drivers' standings, 198 points behind World champion Sebastian Vettel.
