Sebastian Vettel extends Red Bull contract

German driver Sebastian Vettel extends his contract with Red Bull until 2015.

German Formula 1 driver Sebastian Vettel has extended his contract with Red Bull until the end of 2015.

The 25-year-old, who has won the World Championship in each of the last three seasons, is currently top of the driver rankings this season with 132 points.

A statement from the team read: "Infiniti Red Bull Racing is happy to confirm that world champion Sebastian Vettel has extended his multi-year contract with the team until the end of 2015."

Vettel has been linked with Ferrari in recent seasons, but it has now been confirmed that he will remain with the team that he joined in 2009.
