Red Bull supremo Dietrich Mateschitz is reportedly considering selling up his Formula 1 team.
The four-time constructors' champions struggled at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, with Daniel Ricciardo finishing sixth in Melbourne and teammate Daniil Kvyat failing to start the race.
Motorsport.com claims that, despite problems with the performance and development of the 2015 car, Mateschitz was already frustrated by his team's fall from the top of the sport.
It is thought that a deteriorating relationship with engine supplier Renault could be partly behind rumours of the energy drinks brand exiting F1.
However, team boss Christian Horner has recently dismissed any notions of Red Bull leaving the grid and the only realistic suitors to buy the Austrian outfit are a car manufacturer of the size of Audi.
It has also been reported that Audi consultant Stefano Domenicali, formerly the team boss of Ferrari, is looking to turn Red Bull's Milton Keynes base into a full works constructor.
