Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo will start the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday in pole position after dominating qualifying in the South of France.
Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel beat Lewis Hamilton to register in second place, while Mercedes's Hamilton will start the showpiece in third, as he aims to strengthen his grip at the top of the leaderboard.
Qualifying did not all go Red Bull's way, however, as Max Verstappen suffered a practice crash that will see the 20-year-old start in last place on the grid.
Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen took fourth place, leaving Valtteri Bottas and Esteban Ocon to take the fifth and sixth spots respectively.
