The International Court of Appeal has confirmed that it will hear Red Bull's appeal against Daniel Ricciardo's disqualification from the Australian Grand Prix on April 14.
The Australian finished second during last Sunday's race in Melbourne, but was stripped of the result after the FIA claimed that he had used too much fuel.
The current constructor world champions believe that their measurements were correct, and confirmed that they were appealing to have the 24-year-old's first ever Formula 1 podium finish reinstated earlier this week.
The race was won by Mercedes's Nico Rosberg.
