Nico Rosberg has claimed pole position for Sunday's Mexican Grand Prix after beating world champion Lewis Hamilton to top spot in qualifying.
It is the fourth race in a row which has seen Rosberg clinch pole, and he will be hoping for an improved display tomorrow after a mistake allowed Mercedes teammate Hamilton to secure the title in Austin last weekend.
As Mercedes continued their domination in the session, Sebastian Vettel secured third position on the grid in his Ferrari, with Red Bull duo Daniil Kvyat and Daniel Ricciardo claiming fourth and fifth respectively.
It was a frustrating day for McLaren as Fernando Alonso qualified 16th fastest after pulling out in Q1, while Jenson Button is at the back of the grid due to not taking part in qualifying.
