Lewis Hamilton: 'Getting into top 10 will be struggle'

Lewis Hamilton says that he will "struggle to get into the top 10" at the Hungarian Grand Prix after retiring from qualifying earlier today.

Lewis Hamilton believes that he will struggle to finish in the top 10 in Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.

The English driver was forced to retire from qualifying earlier today following an engine failure which resulted in the rear of his Mercedes catching fire.

"I'll probably leave here more than 20 points behind," BBC Sport quotes Hamilton as saying. "But there are races to go. This is a track you can't really overtake on. I'll struggle to get into the top 10, or at least the top five."

Nico Rosberg took pole position in qualifying, ahead of Sebastian Vettel and Valtteri Bottas.
