Lewis Hamilton tops standings in second practice

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton tops the practice standings for the second time on Friday ahead of this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has edged out teammate Nico Rosberg in the second practice session ahead of Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Brit, who trails Rosberg in the Championship standings, was faster than the German during the morning session, and that continued as the duo finished quicker than the rest of the field in the afternoon.

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel ended the session in third position, with Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso and McLaren rookie Kevin Magnussen in fourth and fifth respectively.

Williams driver Valtteri Bottas, who finished second in last week's German Grand Prix, was eighth, with Jenson Button one place further adrift in ninth place.
