Lewis Hamilton has revealed that he feels a lot happier being part of the McLaren team this season.
The British driver's form and commitment to the sport was questioned by many over the past two seasons.
However, the 27-year-old has responded positively by leading the current campaign after three races.
"Everything is better this year," Hamilton told The Telegraph. "The team is better, the car is better, I am a lot better and I have got my dad here.
"That is not fake. We have a really good bond now. We are on the up. Things are great and that's reflected in my performances."
Hamilton's contract with McLaren is due to expire at the end of the season.
