Charles Pic has insisted that he does not regret leaving Marussia to join Caterham for the 2013 Formula 1 season.
Caterham have beaten Marussia during the last three seasons, but the Banbury-based outfit have had the edge so far this year.
The Frenchman told Autosport.com: "I don't see things like that. I had a great year with Marussia but now I am very happy to be with Caterham for this year and the future. It's not frustrating at all.
"There are some areas where we need to progress and that's it. It's our job to fix issues and make steps forward.
"We have to wait a few races [for updates] but I have trust in the team so I'm sure we can have a good step forward."
Pic is currently 18th in the drivers' rankings.
