The Supreme Court has reportedly agreed to hear a petition calling for this weekend's Indian Grand Prix to be cancelled.
It has been alleged that organisers have not paid entertainment taxes for the 2012 event, which could throw this season's race into doubt.
According to NDTV Sports, Chief Justice P Sathasivam has said in court that the petition, which is being led by campaigner Amit Kumar, will be heard tomorrow.
Two years ago, India's Supreme Court ordered organisers to to freeze 25% of ticket revenues until a settlement had been reached with regards to a tax dispute.
If the race goes ahead, Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel could seal the 2014 championship title.
