Force India have confirmed that Adrian Sutil could be in line to return to the team following a year away from Formula 1.
The German racer drove for the team from 2007 to 2011, but lost his seat to Nico Hulkenberg last season.
A spokesperson from the outfit told Autosport: "Adrian has had a seat-fit with the team this week.
"At this stage the test driving schedule for the Barcelona test is not finalised, but there is a possibility Adrian could be involved. The driving schedule will be communicated on Monday next week."
Paul di Resta and reserve driver Jules Bianchi tested the 2013 car at Jerez earlier this month, with the team yet to announce who will drive alongside the Briton this season, following Hulkenberg's move to Sauber.
